In celebration of the upcoming Grand Fondo, DORC will hold their own dirt mini fondo this Wednesday evening. Meet at the Palmerston water tower at 6.15pm for a 6.30pm start. Our fondo will take us out to the Spokes Track then down to Mitchell Creek to the Elizabeth River then back to the Palmerston Tavern via the escarpment track. 30km distance. The ride is mostly easy, however the Spokes Track is rated as an intermediate level trail, with drops and obstacles.
Please ensure you have adequate lights, helmet, spares and water. Post ride meeting at the Palmerston Tavern for refreshments following the ride.
