Do you want to ride smoother, faster, safer and with more flow, control and confidence?
The Darwin Off Road Cyclists will be conducting a half day course aimed at improving your riding, making you safer, smoother and faster on the trails, increasing the fun!
The duration of this course will be approx four hours and focus on cornering and braking.
The course will be run by qualified PMBIA and MTBA instructors.
During this session we will concentrate on:
a. body position,
b. controlled braking,
c. trail scanning, and
d. cornering.
You will learn how to:
a. use your body position to get more from your bike,
b. use your brakes more effectively and efficiently,
c. scan the trail ahead, be prepared for what is on the trail and get more flow,
d. the ability to change direction and corner with more traction, control and confidence.
Riders of all levels are invited to attend this course
Riders must be over 18 years of age and be members of DORC and MTBA.
The session will cost $50 per person with all proceeds going to DORC.
Places are limited to 8 riders.
