HO HO HO! Our annual Christmas Social ride is upon us. Come join us. Our Christmas celebrations will be at Club Tropical Resort on Saturday 7 December, starting at 5pm.
If you wish to join our social ride (which will be a highly casual affair), meet at Club Tropical Carpark. 4:45 for a 5pm start.
We will ride to the Beachfront Hotel and return to Club Tropical for dinner and drinks by 7pm. This will be a very easy ride. If you don’t wish to ride, meet at Club tropical at 7pm
Get into the festive spirit and dress up in your Christmas best, or decorate your bike. Or both.
You do not need to be a DORC/MTBA member to participate in the social rides. However, for insurance purposes you will be required to show proof of membership or be prepared to sign a waiver.
The astute will notice this year, the AGM is not being held as part of the Christmas Ride. The DORC Annual General Meeting will be held on 1 February 2020. Please consider nominating for a role on the DORC Committee. We have several out-going office bearers and need extra energy to keep the events coming.

Can someone take the time to list exactly what roles or positions are in the Dorc committee? There is nowhere listed even who is President of the club as per normal club regs. Searching high and low, I can’t see any calendar of meetings, minutes or listed office bearers. To consider nominating for the committee, it would be good to know for what…Ta
