International Women’s Day Social Ride
Imagine a gender equal world. A world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. A world that’s diverse, equitable, and inclusive. A world where difference is valued and celebrated. Together we can forge women’s equality. Collectively we can all #EmbraceEquity.
International Women’s Day 2024
International Women’s Day is on the 8th March 2024. To celebrate this day, DORC will be holding a women’s social ride at the New Pine Forest, Howard Springs on Sunday 10th March 2024. All women are welcome to come along and enjoy a relaxed and easy-paced, social meander through the pine forest followed by breakfast. It’s an inclusive ride. All riders are welcome. Is there a better way to spend a few hours on a Sunday morning?
You do not need to be a member of DORC/AusCycling for this event but you will need to sign the day waiver. Our preferred option is that you become a member of DORC or take out the AusCycling free 4 week trail membership available here. The club has so much going on this year and it is a great time to become a member.
If you wish to attend you will need to RSVP to 0413599914 by close of business Thursday, 7th March ’24, for catering purposes.
On completion of the ride there will be a free breakfast with your choice of chicken and salad, fresh fruit, granola, yogurt.
This event is proudly sponsored by AusCycling.
