Andrew has generously offered to lead a social ride on the Monday Public Holiday. So if your not consuming coldies at the races and are looking for something to do…………head over to the Charles Darwin NP gates at 3.30pm for a 3.45pm spin around the CD trails and the Pumphouse track.
Ride duration is roughtly 2 hours and rated intermediate (some of the Pumphouse Track may require walking).
For those who are keen, the ride will conclude at the Dinah Beach YC for a couple of coldies and a tall tail or two.
As the ride takes in some of the more rocky and remote areas of CD, please ensure you have tools, spare tubes, plenty of water and food to maintain energy levels. Insect spray is also a must.
