will be held at 6:30pm Saturday 7th February 2026 at One Mile Brewery

- Consideration of accounts and reports of the committee
- Election of new committee members
- Any other business.
Members who would like to nominate for a position on the committee, please email darwinoffroadcyclists@gmail.com to receive a nomination form. Written nominations need to be returned by Friday 30th January 2026; this can be done via email to darwinoffroadcyclists@gmail.com or by post to Darwin Off Road Cyclists, 6/41 Cavenagh St, Darwin 0800.
If vacancies remain, verbal nominations will be accepted at the AGM.

A couple of key committee members have indicated they will be stepping down and not re-nominating for their current positions.
We ask that you think about standing for the committee, to help run Darwin Off-Road Cyclists. The current and outgoing committee members will be there to help with hand-over. We particularly need a Treasurer. Do you have some book-keeping skills or know of someone who fits the bill and could spare an hour or two monthly to keep financials up-to-date, as well as attend a monthly meeting for another further hour or two?
Behind the scenes, there’s much that goes on and many hands make light work. Please give it some thought and take the time to consider how you might be able to help the club in 2025 and beyond.
A social ride will take place at Charles Darwin National Park beforehand at 5pm.
