PF2H – The 2 Hour Pine Forest Race

Pine Forest 2 hr Race. Saturday 27th March.

Come on down for the first race of the year and join in the fun with some fellow riders.

The objective do as many or as few laps as you can do in 2 hours or less. We ain’t racing for sheep stations. Ride one lap, ride many laps.

Have some fun on some Darwin MTB heritage trails.  The trails are easy and suitable for all levels of riders.

Entry Fees

DORC / AusCycling members: $10

NON-DORC Members: $36 + Entry Fee (Covers race entry + day license/insurance)

Course

For those that rode the event last year, it will be the same route.

Preview ride

Keep an eye out for the social ride, on 20 March.  This will be a course preview at an easy pace.

Race Categories

• Elite Men/Women – For those that want to go fast
• Expert Men/Women – For the rest
• Masters ( 50+) Men/Women
• E-Bike – Electric-assisted bikes
• Singlespeed – Bikes with only one gear

Regulations and Rules:

Riders should carry puncture repair kits, water, mobile phone(with first aid numbers) and food with them whilst riding. Helmet must be worn at all times whilst riding. It is also advisable to have gloves and eye protection as well.

At any time a competitor comes across a fellow rider needing assistance you shall render any assistance that is required.

BBQ and refreshments available during and after the race. Race registration is online only.
