New Pine Forest
Every Saturday afternoon DORC host a social mountain bike ride in different locations around the Darwin area. The aim of these rides is to get all level riders together to enjoy our sport and trails in a friendly supportive environment. These rides can help familiarise you with our local trail networks. They are also a great opportunity to meet other like-minded people.
Considering the amount of rain that has been about over recent weeks, we will host this Easy social ride on Saturday, Sat 3rd Apr ’21 at the New Pine Forest, Howard Springs.
This ride will be weather dependant. Please check our social media post at 4pm for updates.
The meeting point for this ride will be at the old shed carpark on Howard Springs Rd on the right hand side at the bottom of the hill just before you go around the corner, almost opposite the the Howard Springs Reserve entry. Please arrive at 4:45pm for a 5:00pm start.
As part of our COVID-19 plan we are required to collect names and phone numbers of everyone participating in our events. These will be used for contact tracing in the unlikely event that an outbreak does occur. We also encourage everyone to download and install the COVID Safe app.
