Saturday afternoon social ride
This week we will take a spin around the new pine forest at Howard Springs.
The ride will start from the Stow Rd/Howard Springs Rd intersection. Please be there Saturday 17 Nov 18, at 4:45 for 5:00 pm start. This ride will go for approx 1.5-2 hours in duration.
The DORC Saturday arvo social rides are suitable for all riders. There will plenty of stops along the way to regroup. You will need a MTB in good working order, a helmet, gloves, enclosed footwear, any spares that you may require and plenty of water.
Everyone is welcome and you do not need to be a member of DORC or MTBA to participate in the social rides; However, DORC/MTBA members are covered for personal injury insurance. Non members are riding at their own risk. To #beadorc click here.
Sunday afternoon junior social ride
Sunday 18 Nov 18, 3:45 for a 4:00 pm start at Charles Darwin National Park. Meeting at the carpark just inside the front gate. Weather permitting, we can spend some time doing laps on the pump track, followed by a spin through the park on some of the new trails. This ride will go for approx 1.5 hours.
You will need to bring a parent/carer if you are 10 years or younger, a bike in good working order, helmet, gloves, enclosed footwear and plenty of water to get you through the ride.
