This course is being offered FREE to female member riders 16 years and over. There will be 5 spots available. Throughout the year, various courses are offered along with our social rides, races and events, so if you don’t have a membership, consider the value. Location: Old Pine Forest, Howard Springs
The Women Beginner’s Guide to MTB course will cover such topics as:
- You and Your Bike Set Up
- Body Position and Separation
- Trail Scanning
- Braking
- Cornering
You will need a mountain bike in working order, an Australian standards helmet, covered shoes, gloves and water. Snacks will help keep you going too.
