Racing returns to the original pine forest trails to kick the 2018 season off. Come on down and join in the fun for the first DORC race of the year, do as many or as few laps as you like in 2 hours, we ain’t racing for sheep stations, just bragging rights amongst your friends!! W’eve got a few categories for this event, Open Men-for the faster guys typically finishing in the first half of the field, Sports Men-for those in the remaining half, Open Womens-only one category currently for the womens as attendance is typically lower (come on ladies!
BBQ and Refreshments available throughout the race and after the race as well. Spot prizes provided by our local bike shops. Race registration is online only click HERE FOR ENTRY. Race entry closes 10th March at midnight. No entries will be accepted on the day. Competitors must have a helmet, water and food to get you through the race.

This will be a good test event for those heading to Lassetters Easter in the Alice, and for those not going, WHY NOT? Australias cheapest stage race!! Check it out at the link provided above.
The Old Pine Forest is located on Howard Springs Road. Turn off the Stuart Highway and head straight down until you see the event centre on your left.
